The life behind the leadership role.

This is the second gathering of the CCE Women's Chapter — and the first to go beyond professional strategy into something more personal. Senior women in technology are skilled at leading organisations. Fewer of us have had the space, the framework, or the right people in the room to apply that same rigour to our own lives.

The Whole Leader is a four-hour working session built around the Personal Strategy Map framework — a structured approach to clarifying purpose, vision, values, and priorities across the three pillars that matter most: relationships, self, and work and contribution.

Guests come having done some pre-work. The session is facilitated, not presented. Every woman in the room leaves with a personal strategy map she has actually built — not a notebook full of someone else's ideas.

Senior women in technology, personally invited.

Every delegate is personally invited by the CCE team. There is no open registration. This is not a conference, a panel, or a networking event — it is a working session for women who are already leading and want to lead their whole lives with the same intention.

Guests are drawn from the CCE Women's Chapter community and from the broader senior IT professional network. If you were at Connected & Seen in August, you are part of this community. If you weren't, and you think you belong in the room — reach out.

CTO: PLATFORMS & OPERATIONS · TFG INFOTEC

Nirvani spoke at Connected & Seen in August 2026 on owning your seat — pay, power, and assertiveness in male-dominant industries. The response from the room was unanimous: we want to go deeper. The Whole Leader is the follow-through. Nirvani brings the Personal Strategy Map framework and co-facilitates the session. Her approach is direct, experience-led, and built for women who are done with generic advice.
