ABOUT THIS SESSION

The life behind the leadership role.

This is the second gathering of the CCE Women's Chapter — and the first to go beyond professional strategy into something more personal. Women in technology are skilled at leading — teams, programmes, organisations. Fewer of us have had the space, the framework, or the right people in the room to apply that same rigour to what comes next for us: whether we are stepping into early leadership, preparing for our next chapter, or in transition and ready for a change.

The Whole Leader is a three-hour working session built around the Personal Leadership Strategy framework — a structured approach to clarifying purpose, vision, and values, and building a personal strategy across two core pillars: Self Leadership and Impact & Contribution.

The Whole Leader runs in three parts. Guests come having done some pre-work. On the day, the session is facilitated, not presented — you work through the framework in the room. A follow-up webinar then wraps up the session and completes the entire framework. Every woman leaves with a personal strategy map she has actually built — not a notebook full of someone else's ideas.

WHO ATTENDS

Women in technology at a turning point, personally invited.

Every delegate is personally invited by the CCE team. There is no open registration. Intimate by design — a working session for women who lead with intention, and want to bring that same clarity to every part of their lives. Whether you are stepping into early leadership, preparing for your next chapter, or in transition and looking for a change.

Guests are drawn from the CCE Women's Chapter community and from the broader technology network — emerging leaders, established executives and women between roles. If you were at Connected & Seen in August, you are part of this community. If you weren't, and you think you belong in the room — reach out.

An award-winning 16-hectare wetland and bird sanctuary nestled in the heart of Century City — just 12km from the Cape Town CBD. The Intaka Island Eco Centre offers a rare sense of stillness and nature in the middle of the city: a fitting setting for a day of intentional conversation, reflection, and connection.

EXECUTIVE LEADER IN TECHNOLOGY

Nirvani Dhevcharran is an executive leader in technology, experienced in steering strategic innovation and delivering transformative solutions across complex, multi-disciplinary environments. With a track record across sectors such as retail, manufacturing, education, and financial services, she thrives at driving technology initiatives that create measurable business value and operational excellence.

She also contributes her expertise as a Non-Executive Director on several Boards, where she chairs or serves on various sub-committees, demonstrating her commitment to governance and strategic oversight.

Nirvani’s commitment to sustainability is evident in her professional and personal pursuits. In 2019, she distinguished herself as the sole South African woman chosen for a renowned global leadership programme dedicated to women in STEMM, with a strong emphasis on sustainability. Through this initiative, she embarked on a transformative journey to Antarctica in November 2023, where she observed firsthand the profound effects of human activity on one of the world’s most untouched ecosystems. This experience further fuelled her advocacy for environmental responsibility and informed her approach to driving sustainable innovation within the technology sector.

Vineshia is the founder of Connective Community Events and the architect of the CCE Women's Chapter. She spent 15 years producing high-stakes B2B events across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond before founding Connective to build something more intentional: rooms where the right people have the conversations that actually move things. The Whole Leader started with a question a delegate asked after Connected & Seen — and Vineshia built the answer.
